Today, I have 2 ways to wear this super easy Valentine’s Day makeup look. This eye look can pair with just about any lip, and today I’ve chosen 2 lip options to share with you that I think perfectly suit Valentine’s Day. Whether you’re headed out on a dinner date or drinks with friends, this look is perfect! This look can easily be soft and romantic or can be quickly turned around for a more edgy result, I love versatile makeup like this! Of course, this look can be amped up by smoking out the eyes or adding falsies, but I chose to keep it a little lighter, even though I would love it either way!
The Kat Von D Shade + Light eye palette has been a staple palette to many for years! I finally picked one up back in December, and I truly wish I had it sooner! This has quickly, and understandably, become a favourite.
After 2 failed attempts, I finally was able to get my hands on the Colourpop Yes Please palette during the most recent restock. If you have yet to get your hands on it, don’t worry! Colourpop will restock again today at 10am EST – just in time for fall, too! This warm-toned palette has very quickly become a staple for me. With a variety of shades and 2 gorgeous finishes, there are so many ways to wear it!
The Anastasia Beverly Hills Modern Renaissance Palette has been a cult-favourite palette for quite some time since it was released last year. This palette comes highly recommended for both formula and colour range. It was many people’s favourite palette of 2016, and I honestly thought that the hype was going to die down into the new year. I still see people rave about this palette, so during the Sephora VIB sale, I decided it was time for me to try this palette out for myself!
Happy weekend! I was doing a more simple makeup look from what I usually feature here on my blog, so I thought I would sit down and show you the process. This is terrifying, but let’s see how it goes! I just grabbed a makeup bag filled with lots of my favourite products and took some time to play around. I hope you enjoy! Please leave a comment to let me know what you think!
I definitely learned there is way more strategy to filming than I had anticipated, so this video is definitely a little bit all over the place and could be improved 1000 times. But I just wanted to get it out there and get the ball rolling. I have a few more video ideas lined up that I hope you’ll like too!
